However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We hope you fall in love with your Bartlett House items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange within 14 days from receipt of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Returns will be refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, minus shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Food, pantry items, special orders, sale merchandise, or items that have been used are final sale and non-refundable.
Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. Items must be in unused condition and contain their original packaging.
Most items may also be exchanged at the Bartlett House Cafe if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online product orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. We regret that we are not able to modify or cancel orders for in-stock merchandise after 24 hours, since your order will have moved to fulfillment.
In some cases, it is possible to cancel backordered items on your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. To change or cancel backordered items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Delivery and Processing
Most purchases that are shipped standard ground will arrive to their destination within 5–8 business days upon receipt of order. Express shipping is available, and will ship same day to arrive within 2-3 business days if all items are in stock.
We ship to the US only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to, weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the US Territories or foreign countries other than Canada. If you would like to purchase, but are located outside of these designated shipping regions, please email email@example.com to discuss options.
